Chillin at the Kamas Pool

Mom took the kids to the Kamas pool for the afternoon.  Sky
and Garrett had a blast. They would try and find unsuspecting
swimmers, and blast them in the face with the water guns.
They only got whistled at a few times by the lifegaurd for not
obeying the rules, but they seemed to stay out of to much trouble.
I think they went down the slide
 at least 50 times.
Garrett said it was time to go
 when their fingers got wrinkles.
Once a fish, always a fish.....
Please put the camera away, we are
way too old for this...(not cool mom)
This is why we came today.

St. George Getaway

Mike was working in Page, so I took the kids
to St. George for the weekend to stay with
Grandma & Grandpa Miller. We were celebrating
Grandpa's 79th b-day. We all a good time watching
movies, swimming and playing outside.
The kids got new scooters, and tried them out at the local
skate park and Grandma's neighborhood. It felt good just
to get outside and play without freezing to death.
Sky likes to pretend he has crashed like on the series
scarred. He has a hard time trying not to laugh.
This is my boy who will try anything his big brother
does. He loves to get air and show mom how to do
a "sick bunny hop". Someday his front tooth will
grow in from a face plant he took two years ago.
The kids went swimming at the sand hollow pool.
They could have stayed all day long.
This was the whole reason Chase wanted to come. He
has become obsessed with diving boards.
He did some pretty cool tricks. Sorry kids,
Dad said a pool won't fit in our back yard.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD, WE LOVE YOU...

Disney On Ice

We took the girls to Disney On Ice last Saturday.
It was fun spending the day with Lexie & Sara. We
all loved the Cars, Little Mermaid & The Lion King.
Next year we might have to take the little boys. Thanks
Pam for the fun day....

Carribean Cruzin...Sweet

Our first stop was in Costa Maya. A Hurricane had wiped
out the beach. They had a huge swimming pool in the
middle of town.  We spent several hours just lounging.

Here we are at a turtle farm in Grand Caymen.
We love this island. It was amazing to see
hundreds of turtles and they let us hold the babies.

We went to Stingray city for our 2nd time.
Once again I only stayed in the water until
one of them swam up against me. Mike liked
feeding them squid and even let one wrap
around his back.  yuck....

We can now officially say that we have
been to Hell. This was the post office for
this tiny little town. We only spent about
10 minutes in Hell, but that was long enough.

We took the tender from the boat to the island
and then a bus ride for an hour to the cave tubbing
excursion in Belize. I wish I had pictures of that, but we
were in the dark, floating down a river and wearing
headlamps on our heads. It was amazing, even if
the river didn't flow fast enough for mike.

Here we are chillin at Senior Frogs on Cozumel.
Our ship is in the background. The weather was
in the 80's, totally perfect.

Our ship had a "flowrider" a simulated wave that
you can surf or boggie board on. We all knew that
if Mike was missing, we could find him up ridin "Flow".

About the kids

Ice Skating in Midway. Jan 2010
This was taken the day before she broke her wrist.

Dad took Lexie out of school to
go snowboarding. When they came
home, this is what she surprised me
with.  Cool........

Skyler loves to spend time with
his big brother. Do ya love the snuggie?

Watch out, here comes trouble....
